Having recently joined Elizabeth Norman International, I am excited to start working within the recruitment industry due to the fast paced and competitive atmosphere. I recruit at all levels and focus mainly on candidates looking for a career in quantitative and qualitative research. I enjoy building new relationships and am always up for a chat (however this may not be the case whilst the football is on!).
In my free time I enjoy playing and watching sports – my top sporting ambition is to hit a hole in one…

What is your role at ENI?
I have recently joined ENI as a Recruitment Consultant. I work across Data and Analytics hires. I am very much enjoying being a member of the team and learning more about this market.
Which of the values at ENI do you resonate mostly with?
I would say I resonate mostly with curious and knowledgeable. I have always been curious this curiosity also helps to build up knowledge especially when you are relatively new to a specific market such as insights!
Best piece of advice you have received?
The best piece of advice I have received is never give up. Cliché I know but it is one of my core principals in life.
Interest in Diversity & Inclusion:
Studying politics at Uni I met several people with different beliefs and backgrounds. I was always interested in the way their specific cultures and religions affected their opinions. Knowing more about certain cultures and ethnicities has also helped me in recruitment as I am more aware about people’s day to day lives.
Interesting fact about you?
I won a prize for making the best Apple Pie at school. Think it might have been a fluke though….
So how did you end up in the role you have now?!
I studied Politics and International Relations at Uni and have always enjoyed chatting to people really. This was one of the main reasons I wanted to become a recruiter. It is so rewarding as well working for a company like ENI with a fantastic reputation and working within an ever-growing market!
