I really enjoy the variety international recruitment brings, I’m particularly knowledgeable when it comes to Asian markets. Roles in qualitative research, innovation and brand strategy are also of particular interest, I’d say I like strong communication others may say I like to chat! I support Liz with training and development. My secret ambition is to appear on the Great British Bake Off.

What is your role at ENI?
Director but hands on with the day to day at all levels of recruitment. From cultural strategists in Shanghai to category managers in Kenya.
Which of the values at ENI do you resonate mostly with?
Collaborative. We all work closely on roles as a team to give us the best insight and variety for candidates. The business is set up to encourage and reward that internally, so candidates and clients get genuine choice and all the opportunities we have. It’s imperative to everything we do.
Best piece of advice you have received?
Always do what you said you were going to do.
Interest in Diversity & Inclusion:
I worked at an SEN school before joining ENI. Alongside the obvious reasons for supporting D&I, seeing people pull together from any background, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders involved in the school, with a common goal shows the power that an inclusive environment has.
Interesting fact about you?
I have a brick with my name on outside Carol Baskin’s office.
So how did you end up in the role you have now?!
I knew James from university, and he asked me to apply and we’ve worked together ever since!
