About Lauren

I like to make sure that the office runs smoothly and that members of the team have a happy and productive environment to work in (as well as keeping everyone well in check!). I also love to organise, whether it be a home or in the office. I have several years experience working in the recruitment sector as a PA / Office Manager and like that no two days are the same.

I have two young daughters who keep me busy outside of the office and enjoy family holidays.

What is your role at ENI?
I am PA to Liz and the Office Manager.

Which of the values at ENI do you resonate mostly with?
It would have to be Knowledgeable, Collaborative and Empathetic – I am a believer that knowledge is power so try to educate myself and have learnt a lot about the insight industry since joining the team. I am happy to co-operate and help in any way I can, and I am also a natural mother hen!

Best piece of advice you have received?
Measure twice, cut once! Some mistakes are not easily rectified.

Interest in Diversity & Inclusion:
Working Parents – I have been made redundant twice upon my return to work from maternity leave. It is daunting returning to work after an extended period at home, plus leaving your children whom you have cared for exclusively, often in a childcare setting is hard. Flexibility is key to any working parent, and we are very fortunately at ENI to have this in abundance.

Interesting fact about you?
I am a support foster carer to my parents, who have been foster carers for 30 years. I have lived with and helped look after a lot of children with different needs and from different backgrounds.

So how did you end up in the role you have now?!
I have been in a PA/support role for nearly 18 years and having previously worked in a recruitment company I enjoyed the face paced, driven and enthusiastic environment. I needed a role that would fit around my personal life and equally challenge my skill set – this role is the perfect it.
