About Emily

Particularly interested in the human side of insight, areas like qualitative, innovation and strategy, I’m also interested in the healthcare area. I love talking to both candidates and clients and I’m looking forward to meeting people in person as soon as possible!

In my spare time you will find me focused on my freelance illustration, on a city break or with a cocktail in hand.

What is your role at ENI?
I’m a Senior Associate recruiting across levels within insight, particularly interested in the human side of insight, areas like qualitative, innovation and strategy. I’m also interested in the healthcare area and how this it’s developing.

Which of the values at ENI do you resonate mostly with?
I think I’m very collaborative, as a team we bounce ideas off each other and always lend a hand when needed. I believe I’m empathetic also, understanding what both candidate and clients are looking for and offering help/advice when I can – I’d say I’m definitely a people person and love a chat

Best piece of advice you have received?
Keep organised and up to date! Whether that be regular contact with your network or keeping track on news within the insights industry. Knowledge & advice goes a long way.

Interest in Diversity & Inclusion:
I believe we all have a massive part to play when it comes to D&I and making everyone feel included, no matter what their background. There are steps we are taking to make sure we are doing everything we can at ENI, and I’ve had brilliant conversations with clients on what they have put in place too. There’s a long way to go but with the right training & leadership, hopefully the world of insights diversifies.

Interesting fact about you?
I’m also a freelance illustrator. Currently illustrating my 3rd children’s book, whilst completing a number of commissions (these range from food menus to cute dogs- the best mix!!)

So how did you end up in the role you have now?!
I get asked this a lot, recruitment and illustration are quite different! Again, I’m a people person and so building a network and getting to know both candidates and clients whilst tackling industry challenges is a big part of why I started in recruitment. I find the sector fascinating, and I’ve learnt so much already.
