Recruitment Consultant

From Coca-Cola to EY, we work with the biggest brands on some of their most difficult roles to fill because we understand the niche better than anyone else. We’re looking for consultants who really want to specialise and understand their area and become a trusted advisor to clients.

You’ll work closely with your manager, given time to understand your individual needs to grow and improve.

The market is buoyant, with insight, data and analytics becoming absolutely key to business decisions. With multiple warm clients, areas of expertise we have with open roles, there is a real chance, once you’re up to speed with the industry, to become the go to recruiter in your respective niche. This could be across sectors from Media and Tech, Public Sector/Government, Retail, Sport to specialisms including UX & design research, data analytics or qualitative insights.

Your day to day (in short):

  • Writing adverts
  • Resourcing candidates through adverts, headhunting, database
  • Speaking to candidates, briefing roles
  • Sending CV’s to clients (we focus on quality not quantity)
  • Setting up interviews, delivering interview advice
  • Delivering and negotiating job offers – and making placements!
  • Training on the industry and recruitment best practice

  • Hybrid work from home / office – based on core team days in the office weekly
  • 9am – 6pm working hours (with core hour flexibility)
