Why work at ENI?
Since we have been recruiting for 32 years, we have become well respected in the dynamic and fast-growing Insights market. Therefore, our team is exposed to opportunities you will not find elsewhere, and our wide network opens doors to new prospects, helping to develop our teams’ careers.
We’re proud to have built a friendly and supportive environment for all our employees, and we’re lucky to have a team who loves what they do. We offer a broad range of support, including training schemes giving you the tools to become a successful recruitment team member. See more about our training further below.
We offer real flexible working; freedom in how and where you work. We all have a shared and respected trust at ENI, making for a happier and positive culture.
The future ENI way of working
True to our real flexible working policy, we are making a few changes to the way we use our office. Firstly, we’re not calling it our ‘office’ anymore, but our Hive. The space will be used as:
Secondly, the Hive will be closed on Friday’s and no one will be required to be there for more than three days a week. We care about our team, so our aim is to offer flexibility around how and where individuals work, rather than only offering flexibility in hours.
Training & Progression
We understand that everyone learns in their own way – that’s why we tailor our training style to each individual. We also value different methods of learning, so employees won’t just be trained by their line managers, but they will also have regular support and training sessions with fellow colleagues, as well as 121 sessions with the CEO.
We have set levels at ENI, which aren’t tied to annual reviews, so people are promoted as soon as they achieve their targets. We’re not afraid of growing a team full of senior consultants here – two of our graduate trainees have been with the company for eight years and now are both Directors with equity options that are available to all.
