Graduate and entry-level consultants
Growing entry-level recruitment consultants is integral to our vision of Elizabeth Norman International. Two of our graduate trainees have been with the company for seven years and now are both Directors with equity.
From day one we will train you on recruitment practice and the insight industry. You will be encouraged to go out and meet those working within Insight and find out more about not only the skills but also the personality traits which make a great candidate. In return we are looking for who wants to succeed with us. Applicants need to demonstrate the ambition, resilience and motivation that demonstrate you will grow with us.
Expansion means we need to find consultants who can help develop our two teams. We are particularly keen to find consultants with experience of working with RPO’s and global blue-chip organisations, or consultants with experience of recruiting Analytics and Data specialists. In addition we would also be keen to talk to anyone who enjoys recruitment as much as we do and would be interested in working in our dynamic sector. In return you will join a fast growing organisation (our turnover has more than doubled in the last three years), at an exciting time just when we are putting in the structure and plans to take us to the next level.
