Training & Progression
We understand that everyone learns in their own way – that’s why we tailor our training style to each individual. We also value different methods of learning, so employees won’t just be trained by their line managers, but they will also have regular support and training sessions with fellow colleagues, as well as 121 sessions with the CEO.
We have set levels at ENI, which aren’t tied to annual reviews, so people are promoted as soon as they achieve their targets. We’re not afraid of growing a team full of senior consultants here – two of our graduate trainees have been with the company for seven years and now are both Directors with equity.
