We are working with an insight, strategy and design agency who are looking for a Quantitative or Mixed Method (quant and qual) Associate Director.

They were founded as a behavioural change and design business who unpack cultural complexity to address societal challenges. As a business, they take inspiration from social sciences, human centred design and behavioural science. They work with clients such as Save The Children, Human Dignity Trust, Movember and WaterAid.

They work with many more organisations that operate on an international scale across strategic insight, communications and campaign development (creative testing and behaviour change). Their research and outputs focus on areas such as mental health, poverty on a global scale, sustainability and disadvantaged communities.

They are looking to add a Quantitative researcher with 5+ years experience in quantitative methods. Ideally, you will have experience with segmentation and any experience with analysing big data to derive insight is a big plus.

This is a great chance to work with a growing business to help embed new practices, innovate methodology and help frame the future of the quantitative business. A chance to not only develop yourself as a quantitative researcher, but leading to an extremely varied and rewarding role.
