- 2+ years experience

We are working with a leading agency who specialise in Social Research with expertise across behaviour change, policy evaluation and public communications. They partner with their clients, from Government departments, regulators, charities and other bodies to ultimately improve people’s lives.
Within the policy and evaluation team, you will look at Government policy and decisions, both internationally and within the UK. As one of the most reputable public sector agencies in Market Research, they tend to win the bigger and more strategic projects that face policy making. Because of their resources and reputation, much of the work is ad-hoc and of course, on trend with the current political climate.
They are a mixed method team (quantitative and qualitative). They are looking for researchers with experience in survey data and/or qualitative insights. You will design research as well as evaluation design.
The role itself dives into appropriately challenging client’s requests, approaching each individual situation with creativity to find data-driven solutions. Analysing data to help shape narratives for clear and effective findings, deliverables, storytelling and impactful insights.
It’s an incredibly wide-ranging part of the business as policy can encompass a huge spectrum of social research, leading to an extremely varied and rewarding role. They focus on areas that include but are not limited to Education, Gender and Families, Public Health, Hidden and Vulnerable Groups, Societal Cohesion, Refugees/Migration and Criminal Justice.
No experience within public sector or social research necessary, just a passion, interest and a good grounding in primary research from an agency.
Market research experience essential.
A fantastic opportunity to finally incorporate all of your research skills into a sector that you’re passionate about. A rare chance to change sector specialism too! Apply for a screening call.
