We’re looking for a Senior Insight Manager to join a Global Content Marketing Agency working on one of their biggest accounts…

The Client:

They are a full service and dynamic global content marketing agency. They thrive on the challenge of coming up with creative and successful content strategies across digital, print, social and mobile. They excel at combining audience insight, commercial data and creative thinking to reach customers in an original, and exciting way.

As a result of their success, they’re now looking to hire a Senior Insight Manager to work on their Tesco account which is one of their largest and most key accounts. The company also work with other big names such as Sony, Brewdog and GsK!

Recognised for hiring the leading creative minds in London. They’ve had a huge impact on their clients social content and are now looking for a meticulous self-starter to join their team. It’s an amazing opportunity to work alongside a whole host of talented and passionate researchers, including strategists as well as designers, to become an expert in your field!

The Role:

You’d be working in collaboration with Tesco internal teams and clients, and will be formulating and using insight generated from research and data to inform Tesco strategy and creative, plus evaluating the performance of the company’s produced owned media content for Tesco. As well as helping to proactively establish key trends and behaviours which affect Tesco to spot opportunities and new direction for the brand and its customers.

You’d also be responsible for designing, managing and analysing proprietary research and data projects for Tesco owned media and working with external research agencies and data agencies to design research and data projects for Tesco owned media.

Skills:

  • Knowledge and usage of syndicated research and data (e.g. TGI, social listening tools, WARC)
  • Experience of designing, creating, managing, analysing and presenting proprietary research/data projects
  • Knowledge and usage of working with client data (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, client databases)
  • Experience of working with both online AND offline media previously is crucial
