Senior Analyst/Analytics Manager | Start-up Consultancy
We’re working with a start-up data marketing consultancy who want to change the face of marketing. 2020 was a year of huge growth for this business, launching new products, winning new clients, growing existing relationships and growing the team to 12 strong. They’re looking to grow further with this new senior data analyst/analytics manager hire.
Formed 3 years ago they have a rich pedigree in the marketing consultancy space, both founders have held senior positions in WPP businesses. They felt there was a gap in the market for a marketing consultancy who were truly at the intersection of data & quantitative research and qualitative human and cultural insights. They feel marketers are drowning in data and can no longer drive growth for brands in a way that has historically been successful.
This consultancy help brands develop platforms using bespoke technology and Ai to give marketers more time to be creative and not sifting through data. They have a black book of contacts and are working with big global FMCG and tech businesses. They help clients solve challenges around things like segmentation, innovation and market positioning. They also have a partnership with a global management consultancy firm, who give this business scale and open doors.
The senior analyst/analytics manager will play a key role supporting on one of their new digital segmentation products. Up until now, they have used external support for some of their advanced analytics work, they’re looking to bring this in house. The new product will involve working with a variety of disparate data sets covering digital behaviours, customer loyalty, CRM databases, clickstream data, passive data and survey data. The senior analyst/analytics manager will be involved in leading analytics projects end to end, being very client-facing and leading and mentoring junior analysts.
5 years plus experience
Experience with Python/R & SQL
Experience with PowerBi is a big bonus
Hands-on experience working with digital data, customer loyalty, CRM databases, clickstream data & passive data.
An entrepreneurial mindset, someone excited by a start-up environment.
A really unique opportunity to be part of something very exciting. They’re all working remotely currently but as and when it’s safe to return they picture being in their new Southwark office ~3 days a week.
