Quantitative RM/SRM | Gen Z & Millennial Insights
We’re looking for a Research Manager/Senior Research Manager to join the Brand Insight team with fresh and young Research Agency.
A 30 strong specialist research business. This agency helps brands, charities and organisations grow their market share by better understanding Gen Z and Millennials. All research is focused on the 15-24 market. Their research knowledge and ability to reach the right participants makes them experts in this sector.
As a result, they’ve developed innovative tools to stay up to date with youth trends, that are invaluable to clients trying to understand young people. Projects are hugely varied spanning multiple methodologies and research disciplines. Key clients include Puma, Spotify, The FA, YMCA, Barclays, O2, Sport England and Channel 4, BBC, ITV, Sky, and over 90 universities. They run an array of projects for clients looking at new product development, advertising development, segmentation, satisfaction studies, brand & advertising research and innovation.
As a Research Manager/Senior Research Manager. You’ll be in charging of leading a team of junior researchers as well as managing and running your own projects end to end. You will be expected to mentor them and provide overall guidance. They’re looking for a confident researcher as you will have lots of client contact and be actively involved in proposals, pitching and onboarding new clients. You will also play a key role in shaping the strategy of products as well as actively continuing towards the development of them.
Have strong experience in designing quant, including advanced analytics
Have a good experience of qual approaches (including moderation, interview and focus groups)
Have experience in writing proposals featuring mixed method approaches
Be able to bring new and creative ideas to the table
Be interested in the youth sector.
