The Client

We’re working with an award-winning full-service agency with an impressive client list. They operate in a variety of sectors including, but not limited to, media and entertainment, technology, telecoms, cosmetics and luxury goods, transport, travel and tourism.

Their clients’ challenges range from strategic ad-hoc projects to ongoing tactical tracking studies. They have in-house expertise covering all areas of research design, implementation, analysis and reporting, with a particular strength for loyalty and branding. They have positioned themselves as being at the forefront of digital research and have been developing and offering new propositions from fast-paced solutions through to more innovative complex studies.

Culture wise, they’re talented people who are given a lot of responsibility and they don’t have micromanagement. They’ve won and been shortlisted for several MRS awards, and their research is regularly quoted in the media.

The Role

This role will have an emphasis on running research from proposal to presentation. Communication will be key as you will be liaising with multiple internal teams as well as external partners to deliver only the highest quality research designs and analysis. You will still be responsible for creating insightful reports that meet the commercial needs of the client and understanding your clients and developing their accounts will be key. You will also have the opportunity to mentor the junior researchers around you.
