Reporting and Insight Manager (Qlik)
Start date ASAP.
Contract role running until end of 2021 initially, highly likely to be extended for additional year/go perm.
Annualised salary up to £72k + 10% bonus.
We’re looking for a Retail Reporting Insight Manager to a global consumer technology giant!

The role sits in their omnichannel team within the mobile & internet side of the business. The role will span both their retail and online business, ensuring accurate reporting on KPIs, off the back of which it’s the role of the Reporting & Insight Manager to drive actionable insights into various key stakeholders. This company sell products in some 3000 different stores in UK and Ireland and as we come out of lockdown and retail is reopening this role is as critical as ever.
You’ll be hands-on with the data and also manage a team of 4. They have a number of key reports already set up and the role is focussed on getting the best out of them, refining and perhaps merging some and also the actionable insights storytelling piece. The reports look at key retail KPIs such as sales, which can be broken down by region, product, channel, store etc, they also look at the knowledge and level of service from in-store staff.
The team also help the business with retail mapping and planning, looking at their retail stores, which are performing well, which are underperforming and also spotting opportunities for new retail sites. The team are also looking at online performance so using things like Facebook Actionable Insights, Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics etc.
Any experience within field marketing is super helpful. But any experience in reporting/BI type role can work here.
Experience with Qlik a huge bonus, but experience in anything similar (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Looker, PowerBI) etc.
Experience with line management.
Any previous experience in the online space (FB actionable Insights, GA, Adobe Analytics), is a big plus.
The role is based in their HQ in Surrey, the role will be a mix of office and home working and working from their London agencies.
