The reason that this role is different is that there is an insight team who look build a picture of the consumer, which goes alongside the expert opinion reports that they also have, to give a clear view of the market. This means ad hoc work for some of these businesses, looking at more strategic challenges. It will be very client facing – someone who can understand and appreciate the clients’ requirements and develop the project from there is vital.
If you have:
Experience of contributing to consumer research projects end to end
Confidence working with large and complex data sets
A genuine interest in technological advances
Confidence designing questionnaires
Confidence facing clients – demonstrating excellent communication skills
