The Client:

They are one of the largest and most well-known Market Research agencies around, with offices all over the globe. They are looking for Quantitative Researchers to join their Innovation team at their London office.

The innovation team specialises in working with a range of clients supporting them on their innovation journey, from idea creation, testing, product and pack development to launching, testing and tracking.

The team itself has a very close-knit culture as well as having fantastic opportunities to learn by working directly with senior members of the team. It also sits in a unique position of having that boutique feel while still having the support of a huge global business behind it.

The Role:

This is a quantitative research position so they are looking for people with a good grasp of quantitative research. You would be working on one of two main global accounts for well-known brands. You’ll be working for the full research cycle from proposal to presentation to the client and leading insight directly with clients and as part of a larger team. You’ll immerse yourselves in the client’s worlds to really understand their innovation needs and business strategy. The work involves a huge mix from quick-turn solutions, post-launch guidance systems, strategic consultancy and cutting edge research techniques based on the latest behavioural sciences and lean innovation thinking.

For the more junior roles, you will lead various small client projects from brief and costing through to analysis and debrief, ensuring the smooth running and a happy client throughout. You will support seniors on larger more complex projects and for the more senior level, you will be helping to manage these larger projects.

1+ years experience in quantitative market research for the RE level, 2+ for SRE and 3-4 for RM.
Experience with the full market research cycle including PM experience for the more senior levels.
Strong mathematical, data and analytical skills.
