The Client:
They are a boutique full-service research agency based in London and despite the obvious challenges of the last year, the company has been doing really well. Winning new business as well as keeping all members of their team on board and are therefore looking to grow their team.
They work across a variety of market sectors including Media, telecoms, kids family and youth, charities, and social! Working with clients such as the BBC, Virgin Media, JustEat, and NS&I.
The company also have a fantastic retention record which stems not only from the interesting and varied work they do, but also due to the fantastic, close-knit culture and learning opportunities they offer, and due to the boutique nature of the company, you can have a real hand in how the business develops.
The Role:
This is a quantitative research role so they are looking for someone with great quant skills. They are a mixed-methods agency, so an openness and understanding of qual is ideal. Any hands-on qualitative experience is a bonus! The role itself will see you working on a variety of projects for their array of clients for the full research cycle from proposal to questionnaire design, data analysis, reporting and presentation to the client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects as well as liaising directly with clients, and through the bespoke research you are conducting with them, not only answer their questions, but it also gives you the ability to make recommendations on how best to improve their brands.
At SRE level you can also get the chance to manage smaller ad-hoc projects as well!
The company emphasises closeness with their clients and you’d be helping to maintain these relationships through regular contact with them on things such as project progress and following up on projects after completion. Even at a junior level, there’s plenty of responsibility and things to get involved with!
Around 1-year full-service market research experience for RE level and around 2 years for SRE level.
Strong Quantitative Research Skills.
Openness to qual research (experience with this is a bonus!)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. PowerPoint and Excel).
