Quantitative Research Director – Financial Services
The role is with a well known research agency who are continuously nominated for MRS Financial Services Research awards. They partner closely with clients across the sector including building societies, insurance companies, investment and retail banks as well as life and pensions companies.
They are looking for a Market Research Director to develop and maintain clients within these areas, providing first class quantitative research across a number of areas. Their work spans the full marketing spectrum but they specialise in market understanding, service and product development as well as brand and communications research.
Within this role you will lead the design and execution of research. Reporting into the head of the team, you will be responsible for line management and team leadership, leading proposals and pitches. There is a wider responsibility of being involved in market initiatives from conferences, initiating new business and having overall input in driving the company’s strategy.
This role can be based in London or Manchester. They are also operating a fully flexible work pattern, meaning that you can go in to the office as little or as much as you’d like on a weekly basis. 1 day minimum is preferable but we will also be open to fully remote applicants (UK based).
