We are looking for a Quantitative Associate Director to join a leading global market research agency…

The Client:

They are an award-winning agency with offices in the UK, US and Europe. They are seeing great growth across the company and are therefore looking to add a seasoned Associate Director to their head office.

They work with a variety of big brands from a range of market sectors such as BT, M&S, B&Q, Marriott to name a few! They have an excellent range of projects, including running high-profile strategic ad hoc pieces, that really have an impact on developing brands and propositions for clients and have lots of scope of innovation and creativity.

The company have successfully embraced remote and flexible working over the last year. They would be looking for someone to be in the office 1 day a week. So you really get that excellent work/life balance.

The Role:

An Associate Director is a seasoned and dedicated quantitative researcher. At this level, you’ll be leading and overseeing on projects across their range of clients as well as managing client accounts and bringing new business into the company. You’ll be able to manage and successfully deliver large and complex projects involving multiple markets, methodologies and specialisms.

They are also looking for someone who has a strong desire to grow existing accounts within the business as well as actively seeking out new opportunities to win exciting business for the company by working in tandem with Research Directors. However, hands-on research is very much a part of the role so someone with experience in a variety of quantitative methods would be a good fit.

· Completely comfortable to lead mixed methodology projects of all sizes, (even though expertise leans towards quant).
· Highly skilled in data manipulation and visualisation.
· Accomplished account manager who can juggle numerous projects at any one time, whilst producing high-quality outputs at speed.
· Able to write winning proposals/pitches with limited support from a Director and demonstrate account growth and project profitability.
