This growth has been shown globally too, with offices in the US, Europe and Asia – they grew 10% last year and are looking to continue the double-digit growth with new hires driving offerings forward.
Working directly with the MD, this is a great opportunity within a truly integrated global network. Their work is genuinely varied – thought leadership, CSR research, measurement, strategy and audience understanding, influencer work and much more. Because of this, they have won awards for excellence including: Global Agency of the Year, International Agency of the Year and Strategy of the Year. You will be working with some of the world’s biggest and most exciting clients, including Microsoft, Unilever, GSK, Heineken and many more, including public authorities, governments and charities.
The work is full-service and ad-hoc – you will lead on a variety of research projects and accounts, along with managing collaborations with the other teams within the agency and being responsible for generating business & revenue.
If you are a strong leader with the ability to nurture and develop client relationships, and have:
Proven experience in strategic quant research
Proven experience in client leadership, and the ability to develop and nurture relationships
Experience in business development – resulting in commercial success for your team
Leadership experience including line management, budget planning & management
A gift for engaging and visual storytelling, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations
