Are you passionate about helping clients understand how their customer experience matches up to their brand promises across a variety of sectors? We’re looking for a Quant Associate Director to join the customer experience practice of a global agency.

The team provide key insights to help decision makers at a senior level understand the people they serve better. The Role:

As an experienced qualitative researcher, you will have the brilliant opportunity of working across many different sectors, with a lean on travel, leisure & transport. Their broad client list includes big brands such as Tui, Samsung, Just Eat & Vodaphone. You will be working on a mix of ad hoc & tracking projects focused on the customer experience space relationships within a dedicated team of 20. They have a dedicated project management function within their team, meaning you will be focused on the design, analysis & implementation of customer insights at client workshops and debriefs. You’ll also be involved in coaching & developing the skills of more junior members of the teams. The customer experience team work alongside other specialists within text mining, statistical analysis and activation of research. There are a number of initiatives within the team to broaden your skill set and explore new areas, this could be the trial of new innovative research techniques, external marketing, speaking at conferences, best practice quality processes or staff welfare.

Skills:

Quantitative experience – writing proposals, running research projects, and delivering impactful presentations.
Cx research experience.
Client nurturing and relationship building skills.
