Qualitative or Dualist Research Manager / Associate Director
We’re looking for a qualitative or dualist Research Manager/Associate Director in Leeds!
*Currently all remote working, but will be needed in the office 2-3 days a week when things open back up*
We’re working with an insight agency based out of Ireland who have recently set up a new office in Leeds. They work with clients spanning multiple sectors including FMCG, finance, retail, tech & public sector on Irish, UK & international projects. They are looking to really grow their UK business which is why it’s an exciting time to join!
Interestingly, they’re also forming a partnership/marketing group with 2 other agencies – 1 is a creative agency in Leeds & the other a digital agency in Wales. Combined they’ll be about 100 people strong. They’ll be a lot of collaboration between agencies with the research business supporting on any insight work across the group. At that same time, they’ll still be independent and they’ll still work with the current clients and current projects moving forward. The Leeds insight team is a team of 4, but you’ll sit within the creative agency’s office, who are a team of 50 so you feel part of the group.
This is a new role in their UK Business. They are looking for either a qual or dualist researcher at RM/AD level to join their Leeds team. You’ll have the chance to work across multiple sectors, on consumer, business and social research projects. As a company, they are constantly developing new methodologies to build on the more traditional ones like focus groups, segmentation & ethnography so it brings a really fresh approach to their work. You’ll take ownership of projects & have a really collaborative approach.
5 years’ experience in market research
Experience working across qualitative or mixed methodologies
Experience developing clients, writing proposals and pitching
