This is a fantastic opportunity for qualitative researchers to work for one of the leading social research agencies in the UK, who have not only the most strategic projects that face UK society but pioneer the latest techniques and methods in research.

We are looking for an Associate Director qualitative researcher to join a growing team in a reputable Public Sector research consultancy. This role sits in their Behavioural Practice where you will work on and help tackle sensitive issues from environmental behaviours to modern slavery.

Within this role, you will deliver a full-service behavioural offer to the UK Government as well as leading on some international projects too. In this team, they advise clients on the opportunities for behaviour change at all stages in the policy cycle, provide insight into what influences individual and organisational behaviour and develop strategies for driving change.

We are looking for researchers with experience in designing and using qualitative research (focus groups, in depths, ethnography, online and offline methods), who can manage and lead high-profile research projects.

Research agency experience a must. We are open to researchers who are looking to move into public sector research, away from consumer for instance, or for public sector researchers who are looking to develop more skills in behavioural expertise.
