Insight Director – Qualitative – Global Brand Consultancy £up to 75k
Do you want to work for one of the most creative and well-known strategy and innovation consultancies around? We are working with one that genuinely believes in understanding the consumer and are looking for a qualitative director to help clients really get under the skin of the consumer.
They need someone who is strategically minded, who can be the voice of the customer throughout the process but also, make recommendations and see those through to the end, not just give over research findings.
They are interested in investing in new techniques, with an already established ethnography & semiotics practice, they really are a progressive, forward thinking business and are well regarded by their innovative outputs and ability to sculpt a brand around its consumer needs but also by thinking outside the box.
Most of their work comes through repeat business from major clients. From Unilever and Kraft to John Lewis, their client list offers some of the most interesting projects around. The draw of this role is that it goes far beyond the realms of a typical qualitative role, giving you the chance to work on innovation projects as well as doing brand strategy. In addition to this, the hours are far more sociable than a typical qual agency.
The successful candidate will
– Have around 8+ years Brand Consultancy or Research Agency Experience
– A passion for thinking outside the box
– Proven team player, driven by results through collaboration
– A passion for consumers and brands
– Lead projects from start to finish
– Lead strategic thinking, ensuring quality of the project as well innovative solutions – Challenge current ways of thinking and help implement new, innovative ways.
– Help manage team of qual consultants
– Generate new business
