Do you want to work for an agency that is underpinned by bold thinking, smart questions and a drive to challenge the status quo?

If so, we’re working with a boutique Innovation and Brand Strategy Consultancy based in London (with an office in New York too) who are experts at blending design thinking with convergent and divergent techniques to truly understand what consumers and customers have not even imagined yet!

They’re now looking to hire a qualitative research manager after winning big international projects in the retail, tech, media and hospitality space. Every brief they get is incredibly varied and different, so you’ll always be kept on your toes! For example, they’ve worked on innovating public space across Japan and other parts of the world.

Driven by curiosity and insight-led deep thinking, their projects often involve ethnographic methodologies and design thinking. They also regularly holding creative ideation sessions in their design studio, as well as being at the forefront of new tech, they’ve explored augmented reality, AI and facial recognition too.

As a qual research manager, you’ll be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, and a great opportunity to work autonomously too. It’s a chance to design qual studies, moderate fieldwork and deliver actionable consumer insights and get involved in project management. Knowledge is a top priority, all employees go through the same extensive training plan, including innovation training and marketing fundamentals. They host regular ‘Lunch and Learns’ too!
