The Role  

The role is involved in running the full project lifecycle, from sourcing quotes and costings through commissioning and managing the project through to delivery. This includes day to day contact with fieldwork agencies, managing metrics and quality and problem solving.

This will require strong stakeholder communication skills working with the project team to setting timelines, effective sampling plans and identifying and mitigating risks to the project.

  • Own the relationship with allocated suppliers and the external reporting platform provider
  • Demonstrate solution-based thinking leading to quick problem/issue resolution and work closely with the project team on continuous improvement, optimising, processes and ways of working
  • Ensure clear communication among all groups involved in the successful delivery of the Audience Origin projects. This includes day-to-day communication with global and local stakeholders, vendors and partners, and communicating project milestones
  • Track and report project metrics, data quality assessments, data validation and audits to manage the data quality process to the point of delivery
  • Manage all post-delivery project needs including confirming project close with key stakeholders, preparing invoices, debriefs and assuring stakeholder satisfaction.

 
Required skills: 

  • Familiarity with SPSS and Excel
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Confident explaining complex processes and presenting to senior stakeholders
