We’re looking for a panel manager to join a tech-focussed insight agency in Berkshire. Their business has been incredibly resilient throughout the current pandemic, no one has been furloughed and no redundancies. Given the sector in which they operate clients have wanted to know more about consumer behaviour and increased usage of tech such as video calling platforms etc.
They’re are currently working remotely and this will continue until the government advise changes. As and when they’re thinking of having teams in the office ~3 days a week, as a minimum it’ll probably be 1 day a week.
This research agency is based in beautiful rural Berkshire and specialises in the global technology & IT sector. Their extensive list of clients include Dell, IBM and fascinating tech start-ups, and they use their technology and industry knowledge to build upon clients’ ideas, transforming concepts into research solutions. This is a new role within the business so it’s a great opportunity to make an impact. The role will involve managing their panel, which has been going for a long time and is made up of around 2,500 IT & business decision makers. You’ll take ownership for the growth strategy of the panel, this a strategic role where you’ll be tasked in generating new ideas and initiatives to get more out of their panel. The role is less admin focussed and more of a ‘big picture strategic role’, they have an experienced operations team who help with more of the admin side of things. You’ll have day to day ownership for management of the panel and you’ll be involved in creating and rolling out panel engagement strategies. They are also looking to build a new panel in the USA (where they do a lot of research already) so this will also fall under your remit.
2 years plus experience within panel management
The role is paying around £35k with some flexibly for the right candidate plus up to 20% bonus which is based on personal and company objectives. They’re a lovely bunch, they’re a collaborative and friendly team we have just placed 2 people here who are both really enjoying their time so far. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 7 hours a day, with core hours of 10-4.
