Job Description

Have you always wanted to learn or develop your knowledge on qual methods? Looking to move away from trackers and focus on ad-hoc and game-changing projects?

We’re looking for someone who wants to take that next step in their career, who has ideas to bring to the table as well as get involved with some diverse projects!

This company focus on customer experience data and insights, turning these into action for the biggest retailers across the global market. They’re experts in helping their clients really understand their customers, keeping up with trends through evidence-led strategy through their state of the art solutions.

They pride themselves on their out of the box thinking and are looking for researchers with a similar attitude. The way that they work is also very interesting, the insight team is made up of around 40 people who are split into smaller clusters. Within these clusters, you’ll be tackling a range of projects from segmentation through to concept-testing.

They’ve been working with their clients, (John Lewis, Asda, o2 for example) for a long time, they’ve created these really stable and long-lasting commercial relationships allowing them to work on a lot of cutting-edge and exciting concepts!

Because they have their own bespoke solutions, on a personal level you will also see a lot of development and growth as a researcher. They offer a lot of internal and external training and teach you about new software surrounding both traditional and innovative research.

Culture wise, they have a grown-up outlook. They have a relaxed feel to the office and are very supportive across the board, they want good researchers to become better! They offer a lot of internal benefits, employee flexibility as well as fantastic training programmes tailored to where you’re at in your career and what you need next.

From your side, you will be an expert in quant. As an associate director, your opinions are vital for longer term business strategy and development within the company. They are looking for someone with proven experience in designing and delivering highly complex projects teamed with a creative mind who can deliver fresh solutions.

If you’ve always wanted to learn and develop your qual side as well as develop your quant techniques and commercial acumen further, this is a fantastic chance to do just that!
