Marketing Manager | Shopper Behaviour Panels
Do you have 3+ years’ experience in a marketing / digital marketing, customer loyalty management or panel management role? Are you looking to develop and grow your own operation and define the long-term marketing strategy for this team?
This is a brand new role where you will become responsible for all aspects of advertising and marketing, encompassing a varied role which is pivotal to this team. As a company, they are known for being the global expert in shoppers’ behaviour. Through continuous monitoring, advanced analytics and tailored solutions, they work across 60+ markets, turning purchasing behaviour into useful insight for their clients within FMCG, entertainment, fashion and more.
Their panels are the cornerstone to the operation and in turn, the participants who use these panels as this is where their key data comes from. They have invested a lot into their advanced data collection and are now investing more in how they market to these future participants. They are looking for a marketing guru to help redefine their offering, making it more digital and even more appealing to these participants.
In this role, you will develop and implement their strategy moving forward to attract and recruit panel members from all demographic groups; so it’s important that you have the knowledge of different marketing needs to tailor a multi-channel recruitment strategy to retrieve the best data quality.
As this is a brand new role, not only will you lead the long term strategy of the marketing, you will in time also have the opportunity to build your own team and grow your offering. An exciting time to join as you will have direct input to the future of this operation. You will be responsible for reallocating the budget on supplier and campaign performance, working with the senior business stakeholders and create and own the multi-channel marketing strategy for panel recruitment.
