Insight Manager | CX Insights Agency
Are you a passionate quantitative researcher looking for your next step up?
We have a great hands on quantitative research role with a well-established research business who specialise in CX insights. Recently they have expanded their offering, working with new clients on new types of challenges. As a result, need to bring in a manager level quantitative or mixed researcher, who can work directly with their clients and bring in new ideas to broaden the scope of their work.
It is a chance to work with some top-level brands such as Sky, British Gas & Lloyds to define who their customers are, whilst looking to build on those insights to provide more expansive insights in areas such as brand and comms or NPD. You will be working in a team of around 15 researchers, being supported by an established marketing and business development team, so you can focus on doing what you do best, building great relationships through consistent actionable insights. They provide an excellent package with profit share, which has enhanced the collaborative working environment of the office.
This role is great for someone with around 4-5 years’ experience, looking for a step up in responsibility and to be in a position to steer the new expanded vision of the agency. You must have shown that you have an overall understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research and have presented to senior stakeholders.
