Job Description


  • We’re looking at Associate Consultant (£30-40k), Consultant £41-50k, Strategy Consultant (£51-70k), Senior Strategy Consultant (£71-100k) and Strategy Director (£100k+) level.
  • They’re London based with hybrid working – ~2 days a week in the office but with lots of flexibility (one of their team members is just about to work remotely from the US for a month).
  • Excellent benefits and bonus, possible equity at the senior level.

We’re looking for Insight/Brand Strategy/Experience Design Strategist’s at all levels to join a successful start-up consultancy who are at the intersection of brand strategy/innovation, design & corporate strategy.


  • They’ve had a fantastic start since launching in March 2020, they’re now on project 37 amounting to £1m+ in sales from a standing start! They’re a multi-disciplinary team of researchers, strategists and designers, they’re a team of ~10 permanent staff and 15 contractors.
  • They take on international strategic projects in the areas of Projects are complex multi-methods and multi-market, anything from Customer Journey, Customer Experience (CX), Go-to-Market Strategy, Product Strategy, Marketing Strategy and Experience/Service Design.
  • Clients are primarily within the tech sector including people like HP, Sony & Samsung. The team are incredibly talented and collaborative with big ambitions!
  • The 2 Founders are very inspiring & very experienced and we think would be great to learn from!

They work globally in these 4 core sub-industries:

– Technology hardware (consumer, commercial and industrial hardware)
– Software, services and platforms (specialised software, IT services, marketing technology and platforms)
– Mobile and telecoms (smartphones, wearables and networks)
– Emerging technologies (3D/4D printing, AI, quantum computing, autonomous robotics).


  • Experience in strategic insights/research agencies, design agencies or consulting.
  • Experience in managing projects and their respective research components simultaneously.
  • Experience of qualitative methods (including depth-interviews, co-development / co-creation, ethnography, online research.)
  • Creative approach to research – able to adapt methodologies to different audience types and types of engagement
  • Ability to synthesise multiple research sources and deliver clear analysis and storytelling skills.
  • Fluency in any one of the following languages is a bonus: German, Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, French.
