  • Up to £99,500 + 18% bonus and benefits.

The role:
The Head of eCommerce analytics will be responsible for championing their data assets and ecosystem. Their website is one of their most important touchpoints in Europe they get some 100m visitors per month across 31 different European countries!

This role will involve working across their entire product range and across both B2C and B2B, you’ll have accountability for ensuring the strategies they implement on the website are fit for purpose, are driving conversions and ultimately sales.

The role will involve managing a 3rd analytics agency, who do a lot of the heavy analytical lifting, they’re looking for someone to manage the relationship, embedding them further into the business and get the best out of them. You’ll then be involved in disseminating and translating insights back to senior stakeholders within the business. You’ll work with

There is a shift happening within the business, moving away from some static traditional reports to more dynamic, engaging and insight-led reports and dashboards.

It’s a European wide role and will involve supporting local markets with analytics, insights and best practice. The role doesn’t have any direct reports (the external agency are the primary resource), although they do have 2 in house analysts in the budget this year.


  • Strong Analytical / Insights experience gained within Digital/Marketing/eCommerce
  • Experience in digital sales/trading role, comfortable operating at a senior level.
  • Strong agency partner relationship management experience
  • Able to develop and present compelling presentations to senior stakeholders
