We are working with a global client-centric agency that specialise in bespoke customer experience research. They have an impressive client list, driving research for the world’s leading retail and restaurant brands, including McDonald’s, Nando’s, Superdry, Boots and Sainsburys. They have had 20% growth YoY and have also opened offices in Toyko and Boston.
This role is an amazing chance to get into the world of market research. You will get first-hand experience liaising with the clients themselves, creating presentations, producing ad hoc data and collating results. You will also support Directors in preparation for new business pitches. This is from collaborating with designers, visiting prospect stores as well as doing your own research to build proposals.
This role would suit someone who is a self-starter. Someone who is looking to learn the ins and outs of the industry and get stuck in talking to blue-chip clients and make the role their own. Organisational skills are key as well as the ability to understand and interpret data into a story.
