  • London based, 2 days a week in the office.

We are working with one of the leading social research, evaluation and advisory agencies in the UK. They provide insight and generation for UK public policy.

As an agency, they are a dynamic team of methodologists, statisticians, policy specialists and qualitative and quantitative researchers. After huge investment, they are now looking to grow their Evaluation team due to growth at Director level.

In this team, you will design and deliver complex evaluations to address a range of challenges within social policy. We are looking for experienced researchers who understand how to put impact and economics evaluation theories and approaches into practice, who can work comfortably with clients and ensure that projects are delivered with high standards of evidence and impact.

We are looking for researchers with experience across qualitative and/or quantitative research. Alongside this, experience with impact and economics evaluation design, policy development and theories of change is a strong bonus.

We are open to researchers who have a specialist policy expertise who are keen to grow within their area of choice/passion, alternatively, there are also opportunities for researchers to develop their expertise across a range of sectors. They have subject expertise across Education, Gender and Families, Social Health, Vulnerable Audiences, Civil Society, Environment, Criminal Justice (and more).

As a Director, you will help shape the strategy of the practice. This may be through leading the development of their work, leading relationships with clients, leading on evaluation training and development as well as leading the delivery of large scale and complex projects.
