European Insights Director – Global FMCG Company
European Insights Director – £115,000 plus benefits.
With over 200 brands this global FMCG company is constantly evolving, developing new products, acquiring new brands, and pioneering new ways of doing things. Their Insight team is evolving too; reflecting an increasing demand for consumer data, and an increasing need to create impact, focused on insight and strategic direction.
The position is Insights Director, heading up a small team, representing the voice of the consumer for the Nutrition category, across 40 European countries. Part of an inspired, flexible, team, this role could be based in Dublin, or London.
The role involves:
- Discovering, defining and delivering actionable insights for brand strategy.
- Delivering insight to support the launch of new regional and local brands, driving the innovation pipeline, developing marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring the consumer’s voice is considered and acted on by senior stakeholders.
- Developing a best in class team of insight professionals.

- Flexible and curious, able to support with new and innovative approaches.
- Someone with a focus on inspired and inspiring insights and scenario planning, rooted in data.
- The communication skills and gravitas to embed insights with the c-suite.
- Proven knowledge of a wide range of market research and data tools and approaches.
