European Digital Insights Senior Manager | Global Tech Brand
We are looking for a talent social/digital insights specialist to lead a European practice in a top 10 global brand.
This business needs no introduction – they are a top 10 global brand, with a dominant market share they’re one of the words favourite consumer tech brands.
The senior manager digital insight manager is a key role within their insight team. You’ll be leading & setting the agenda for their social/digital insights offering across Europe, you’ll set the vision, strategy & roadmap for the team. You’ll manage the relationship with their social listening agency, ensuring the adoption of new tools and processes across the business.
You’ll also manage the customer experience programme which runs on their homepage, managing the relationship with Qualtrics. Your role is to ensure best practices and insight implementation within the business at a global, EU & local level. You’ll manage 6 agency staff and an intern. The role requires travel to key European markets, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Poland & Romania.
7 years plus experience within social insights / digital insights
Experience either agency or client side
Ability to connect the dots at pace, drive insights with senior stakeholders.
Experience with customer experience / survey research also a big bonus
A really rare opportunity in one of the biggest brands in the world. The role can be permanent on their payroll salary c.£70k, or PAYE temp on our payroll c.£94k or limited company contractor c.£108k.
