Empathy & Insight Analyst

This role is with a company in the food & beverage sector who are led by an empathy based innovative & agile process called ‘design thinking’, where they take a problem & then empathize with the customer to reframe the situation with that in mind. They look at fresh & sustainable food-to-go solutions, and Covid has been an accelerator in finding new market routes and expanding into something truly exciting. They are expanding their Innovation/insight team in the UK so really great time to join & get stuck in!
This role will be an Empathy & Insight Analyst sitting in their Innovation team and reporting to the Insight Leader. You will have the opportunity to design and conduct both qual & quant consumer & customer research, bringing in fresh methodologies & providing ideas to integrate them into the company’s strategy, so your work will truly make a difference! You will also work on the analysis of trends, market, consumer, customer & competitor for this company, then make recommendations to the Insight Leader and take part in innovation workshops. It will also give you the unique opportunity to work alongside their in-house culinary, product design & packaging engineering teams.
Ideally 1 year of market research/data analytics experience
Knowledge & experience using both quant & qual methodologies
Ability to summarise market intelligence reports
Proficient in Excel
This is a really great chance to join a truly innovative team. They are based outside Redhill and candidates must be able to work in-house most, if not all of the week, so ability to get to the office is a must.
