Job Title: Customer Success Executive – Italian speaking
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €31k -34k plus 30% bonus 

My client are a global leading insights exchange platform giving clients within the market research space as well as brands and agencies access to data within real time. They do this via their end-to-end platform meaning the results are more reliable, more cost effective and conclusions can be drawn faster.
They are looking for a Customer Success professional to join their central European team. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide outstanding services – it’s a mix of account and project management and will of course, be dedicated to Italian speaking clients.

Reporting to the head of customer success, you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, providing training across their platform and managing projects
  • Grow key accounts by driving platform adoption across the business through 
  • Identify opportunities to help customers optimise their projects
  • Working with internal teams to support new clients and drive strategic growth from existing accounts

The right person will have:

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role – Market Research or Data driven insights business.
  • A proven track record in driving platform adoption, and a structured and proactive approach to growing business
  • Fluency in Italian and English is an absolute must for this role – Spanish and French is a bonus!

If you have a strong tech understanding with combined experience in account management and project management this could be the perfect fit.
