Customer Insight Manager | Government Real Estate Business
We’re working with a nationally recognised and specialist real estate business who own a c.£14 billion portfolio estate. They’re now seeking a meticulous customer insight manager to ensure that all customer research is rigorously conducted and interpreted to deliver against their strategic objectives.
This is a great opportunity to join a highly recognised institution as they seek to become more insight-centric. You’ll play a pivotal role in leading their customer and consumer research, supporting various departments across the business, you’ll report to the head of insight and work very closely with senior stakeholders to engage and influence.
There is a good split between quantitative and qualitative, this role is very much a mix of being hands-on with designing questionnaires and conducting qualitative interviews as well as building relationships with and managing agency partners!
3 Years plus experience either agency or client-side
Experience of developing and managing customer insight programmes
Hands-on research skills, wiliness to roll sleeves up.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder influencing skills
