Customer Insight Analyst
We’re looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to join a FTSE 100 E-Commerce Retailer…
This business has some of the most advanced technology in the retail space, they’re a great British success story who have over 500k active customers and deliver over 200k orders per week! They’re a disruptor in the retail sector, a much loved (9 out of 10 people recommending to a friend!) billion-dollar brand. Unlike competitors they don’t rely upon a network of large chain superstores but an innovative and centralised business model – this means you can make decisions and see these implemented instantly.
In this role you will be required to extract, manipulate and analyse data to provide critical management information to enable decision making on the key questions facing the Marketing team. This includes informing campaign design, supporting implementation, advising on campaign performance and suggesting improvements. There is also responsibility to provide insight on customer behaviours and how you can best fulfil their needs.
You would also be responsible for mentoring and developing more junior members of the team, developing the strategic questions and managing stakeholder relationships. Example projects include: Predicting lifetime value of customers and segmenting their customer base to better understand how they shop and then using this to recommend changes to: marketing campaigns, range, pricing and promotions.
Proven experience of data mining using SQL (ODS and BigQuery)
Excellent Excel Skills
Experience in presenting analytics-driven output to wide-ranging audiences
Experience with data visualisation software such as Tableau would be advantageous
