Customer & Commercial Analytics Manager | Leading Coffee Brand
Are you fascinated by the behaviour of consumers with a love for coffee? We’re looking for a customer and commercial analytics manager to join the UK’s favourite coffee shop for a 9 month contract starting immediately!
Instantly recognizable, they’re on a mission to become the world’s favourite coffee shop brand. With over 3000 stores they’re one of the major players in the coffee sector with a big growth plan so it’s an exciting time to join!
Working within the global insights team you will play a pivotal role in shaping UK marketing and trading decisions. Essentially your role will focus on the use of their loyalty card data to analyse customer behaviour around new product launches, promotions and category management.
Very strong knowledge of Excel and how to use for statistical analysis
Great knowledge of statistical data analysis skills
Ability to present insights in a simple and compelling way
Experience working with large data sets and experience with loyalty card data a massive bonus!
