Summary:
- Qualitative Consumer Insight Manager
- German-speaking. This role is the market insight lead for their German business.
- London or Frankfurt based. c.£45k in London, c.€60k in Germany + 20% bonus.
- Hybrid working.
We are looking for a German-speaking Consumer Insight Manager to join a leading fin-tech brand.
The client
A market leader in the fin-tech space, their platform (website & app) is used by some 200,000 clients. They’re a FTSE 250 brand who have had an exceptionally strong couple of years, business has been booming!
The role:
You’ll play a lead role on all of their insight projects, you’ll be hands-on with projects running focus groups, depths, ethnography, UX studies etc. The role involves working with the German CEO and other senior stakeholders (including Head of Product, Head of Sales etc) to help them win in the German market and bring consumer insights to life.
It’s a hands-on role but there will also be opportunities to develop research agency management skills, managing relationships with research suppliers on big projects. We have placed 3 people with this client (including the incumbent who is moving into a product owner role), who have all had nothing but positive things to say about the working environment and impact the insight team have.
Skills:
- 3 years plus qualitative research experience.
- Research agency experience or clientside experience.
- A passion for tech.
- Ability to bring insights to life & create storytelling skills.
- German Language skills.
