  • 1-2 days a week in their West London Office

The Client:

They are one of the largest and most well-known Market Research agencies around, with offices all over the globe. They are looking for a Client Insight Director to join in working on one of their busiest and most interesting consumer shopper panels.

As a company, they are known for being a global expert in shoppers’ behaviour. Through continuous monitoring, advanced analytics and tailored solutions, they work across 60+ markets, turning purchasing behaviour into useful insight for their clients within FMCG, entertainment, fashion and more. Through their own consumer panels, they monitor shopper and usage patterns on a continuous basis to help truly understand what consumers do, how they behave and how to adapt client strategies around this.

The Role:

The work you do will have a direct impact on their clients success, building highly actionable solutions that help their clients brands and businesses grow. Within their own specialist team that uses their unique knowledge of shopper behaviour combined with technology-enabled platforms to identity the key shopper attitudes and purchase choices they need to win to grow their client’s brands.

In this role, you will work across industry, category, shopper, brand & innovation areas developing a very broad range of skills and experiences. The team are experts in custom Ad Hoc Quantitative research so you’ll have a good solid understanding of this research, coupled with a great commercial sense, client management and presenting experience.

You will be articulating the panel data, explaining trends to clients and suggesting solutions and recommendations off the back of that as well as running ad hoc research projects and managing requests from your clients. It really is an incredibly varied role!


  • Custom Ad-Hoc Quantitative Research Experience
  • Excellent Proposal Writing Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations.
  • Be confident in creating solutions that connect insights to clients plans or strategies.
