The Client:

We are working with the fastest growing global market research company that will expose you to leading research techniques and invest in your personal progression. They are going through a fantastic period of growth right now (30% year on year) and are looking to bring someone in that will grow with company and put their own stamp on the industry. They have a broad research offer including brand & comms research, product innovation and digital and social media work.

They are responsible for some of the most cutting-edge research for many of their clients, allowing them to capitalise on the dynamic shift that the industry is making towards digitalisation. This is across a broad client base from Facebook to Unilever to Diageo to Yahoo and Philips. A crucial aspect of this company is their willingness to develop your position around you. Your development plan will centre around your preference for managing your own team, focusing on client relationships or staying in hands on research. You will play and get played to your strengths.

The Role:

The focus of this role is brand engagement. Someone that has a passion for finding the story hidden within quantitative data and how this will impact people will be ideal. You will have the opportunity to lead varied and engaging research projects from start to finish whilst developing and nurturing relationships with some of the best clients out there. Your clients will ask your help and value your input on projects ranging from ad concept testing, to ad pre-testing, to campaign evaluations, cross media evaluations and brand tracking.

Skills:

2-3 years’ experience of brand and comms
Proven ability to manage projects and handle clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A keen interest in in turning data into actionable insight
