We’re working with a fabulous full- service agency who are passionate about using emotional intelligence as a key commercial driver in understanding consumer behaviour.

The award-winning insight agency in question has over 25 years’ experience in turning customer experience data into actionable insights to help ambitious brands succeed. Their expertise is sought after by the most reputable Retail, FMCG & technology brands in the world, as a result of their emphasis on bringing clarity & challenging convention to their work. Clients include M&S, Arcadia, Eurostar and John Lewis to name a few!

They’re now looking for a Mixed Methods bold-thinking Associate Director, to take over a maternity cover (strong possibility the role will become perm) someone who is eager to grow their skills with a curious and bold mindset.

Experience of quantitative research is essential, qualitative experience is a bonus. More important is the drive to inspire action into their clients’ business through innovative insight. It’s a great opportunity to challenge the views of clients and guide them towards strategies which will have the greatest commercial impact. You’ll play a key role in producing powerful insights for clients – showing off your creative mind and desire to push boundaries!
