Job Description
Are you an Associate Director looking to get stuck in with projects that span the international market? Our clients are looking for a skilled, and experienced researcher to join their dynamic team in Central London.
Client
Our clients are looking for an individual that can inspire, develop and understand the underpinning needs of their clients. Having carried out projects across 25+ international markets, they understand the importance of creating tailored actionable insight. Using a broad range of creative and engaging techniques they pride themselves in being able to cover a wide range of research from social issues to technology.
Role
Your main responsibilities will include developing business by growing current client accounts and winning new business by writing inspiring proposals and pitches. Alongside this, you will be expected to lead projects on key accounts, and deliver intelligent and inspiring thinking on projects. As a leader, you will be developing junior researchers by providing training about the industry and methods.
Skills
Experience working with qualitative methods
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Support management processes by mentoring, and getting involved in training
The ability to develop strong senior client relationships
