We are working with a mid-sized independent research agency that specialise in insight and strategy. They are currently going through incredible growth and are looking to hire dynamic researchers acros:

  • Senior Research Executive £33k- £37k (2+ years experience)
  • Research Manager £38k – £49k
  • Associate Director £50k – £64k

They work across private, public and third sectors, using primary research to get closer to the insights that matter most to their clients. Clients include Stonewall, Macmillan Cancer Support, Universities as well as Financial Services as well as non-departmental public bodies. They are keen on bringing in researchers with experience within Market Research, especially within (Utilities, Transport, Climate Change, Welfare, Education) as well as commercial Finance and Health/Pharma. They also work across broader public and commercial sectors.

Many proposals have been created by investigating conflict groups, stakeholder comms testing and creative testing to frame issues. They have helped brands navigating challenges through Brexit, redesigning communications for social purpose, brand strategy pieces, behaviour change campaign design and public policy work. Essentially, they help their clients understand the consumer or public landscape and how this impacts their business.

They are known for their grasp of social, cultural and political context. They are looking for mixed method (qualitative / quantitative) researchers who are looking for their next step, who are keen to use their research skills for social-purpose.

These are hands on primary research roles where you will be involved in fieldwork, proposal writing, report writing, running projects, people management and client management.
