WIRe’s Best Places to Work award, created in unison by WIRe, Logica Research and Keen as Mustard Marketing, celebrates companies in the market research industry who put the lives and livelihoods of their employees at the centre of all they do.
After collecting nominations from the market research community and deliberation from the WIRe advisory board, Greenberg Strategy was named first place and EMI Research Solutions was acknowledged as runner-up.
In support of WIRe’s mission to advance the contributions and voices of women, Elizabeth Norman International celebrates some of the Inspirational Women in Insight, starting with three women from the Best Places to Work award winner – Greenberg Strategy.
The three women selected have all won Greenberg’s Spirit award one of several initiatives which resulted in Greenberg coming first. The Spirit Award recognises team members who embody the spirit and values of Greenberg:
Do great work
Allison Wilt – VP Qualitative Strategy, Greenberg Strategy
Allison Wilt—Greenberg Strategy’s Enterprise Tech expert—was recently recognized by the company for her professional contributions as mentor and leader, receiving Greenberg’s Spirit Award. Her career journey began with a degree in Chemistry, but she quickly pivoted to qualitative research and has been rising to the top ever since. Prior to her current position, Allison upstarted and ran her own successful company and, using the managerial skills from that experience, has been a top contributor to the outstanding workplace culture that rocketed Greenberg to the top spot in the WIRe’s Best Place to Work award. Allison also serves as a WIRe Mentor.
Amy Yuan – Data Scientist, Greenberg Strategy
Amy Yuan is passionate about data. She juggled work with academia in pursuit of her master’s in data science and completed her studies in 2018. This achievement allowed her to shift from quantitative research to the Greenberg Data Science team. She was recently promoted and is one of three winners of the Greenberg’s Spirit Award, reflecting the positive impact she has had on the company and those around her.
Stephanie Brooks – Strategist, Greenberg Strategy
Since joining Greenberg three years ago, Stephanie has been promoted several times, moving from the project management group into the qualitative research team. She’s the third winner of Greenberg’s Spirit Award and through grit, training, and mentorship, has recently been promoted again.
Women in Research, Logica Research, and Keen as Mustard have once again partnered for a 2019 Best Places to Work study and award. WIRe will be releasing more information in Q2 of 2019.
