Media Agency – Case Study

A new generation media agency, they were setting up new offices in the HQ of their client an automotive manufacturer. This meant Rhiannon needed to find someone with the right technical skills and the personality to work within two very different cultures, and happy to work out of Central London.

One of Rhiannon’s first roles whilst working at ENI, it was a fascinating role to recruit for. After going to the job briefing with 20+ other recruiters working on the same role, it was clear no one expected it to be an easy job to fill. Rhiannon needed to think beyond the obvious, eventually getting someone through the recommendation of a trusted contact. In this way ENI found a great candidate from a key competitor.

With Rhiannon negotiating salary and start date, the candidate and client were both very happy with the outcome and still are, with the candidate now coming up to nearly a year and half of service.
