Contract / Interim
Contracting has lots of benefits and is going to become an attractive option for clients, as we come out of a Covid-19 world. At ENI we also appreciate contracting can be a bit confusing with lots of different information out there around legal requirements as well as rates and skill demands.
With over twelve years’ experience of placing candidates in interim & contract roles with our clients in a wide variety of data analytics, insight and market research roles our consultants are here to offer advice on rates, legal information & skill shortages.
For those looking to work as contractors click here to see our article on setting yourself as a Ltd company. For others who don’t want that commitment or don’t meet the legislative requirements, we can put you on our payroll or negotiate with our client to put you on theirs.
Some of our roles are interim to cover a temporary skill shortage, others are looking for a longer-term but flexible commitment. We have a record of working for a very wide variety of organisations including client-side, agency and consultancy and our roles are at a wide variety of levels.

What contractors say about working with us
"In 2016 I was looking for a new research role, having been out of the industry for 18 months. I found the perfect role at a global research & data agency via Elizabeth Norman. What was meant to be originally a short-term contract of 6 months, is now nearing its 4th year. The team at Elizabeth Norman have been amazing throughout this time and I couldn’t ask for a better support system. If you are looking for an agency that really wants the best for you, I cannot think of a better place to be."
"I have previously only used ENI in finding permanent roles and they have helped me get 3 of my 4 last roles - so I know them well and I keep going back to them for being extremely understanding, approachable (I can go them with ideas or such around roles or companies), and ultimately professional (though you'd think this is a given for a recruiter, I've found in the past it is not). But recently, due to a change in circumstances, I wanted to look for contract work and ENI, and in particular Angus, were there right away with some options, along with providing clear information as necessary around when and how I would be paid and I didn't have to worry about a thing - which if you've done contract work before is sometimes not the case. Finally, Covid-19 has been a hard time for everyone, including those at ENI, and despite that they have been in constant communication to help and support me as a contractor who lost work due to the pandemic. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly be my first point of contact for any roles I'm looking for in the future."
